Welcome! If you’re here, you are probably considering therapy. I respect the courage it takes to begin or continue therapy. It is an honor to hold space for clients as they find greater emotional and spiritual health, heal from wounds, and become who they were created to be.
I work with individuals as they process trauma, depression, and anxiety. I find many clients are struggling with boundaries, self-compassion, self-care, emotional regulation, and assertiveness. It’s my hope that counseling will also offer individuals a greater sense of peace and love for themselves.
I have been married for over 25 years and have three young-adult sons, a daughter-in-love, and a dog I adore. In my free time, I enjoy time with family and friends, practicing yoga, pickleball, quilting, traveling, and eating yummy food.
I graduated from Liberty University in 2022 with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. My previous experience is in pastoral counseling and church leadership experience. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
I look forward to meeting you.
